Transparent pricing and platform security
This page explains how support session billing works, when charges happen, and the security controls used across TellMomo.
How billing works
1. New support chats include 15 free minutes.
2. When the free window ends, chat sending is paused until checkout is completed.
3. Continuation access is currently $29.00 per session continuation purchase.
4. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. We do not store raw card numbers in TellMomo.
Pricing can be updated by TellMomo over time. The amount shown in checkout before payment is the amount charged for that transaction.
Security practices
- • Auth checks and token validation protect support chat access.
- • Mutating API endpoints enforce trusted-origin checks.
- • Rate limiting is enabled on sensitive endpoints.
- • Stripe webhooks are signature-verified before payment unlocks.
- • Security headers are enabled to reduce browser-side attack surface.
TellMomo provides non-clinical peer support and is not emergency care, therapy, or medical treatment.
